1. Service Description

SLV Enterprises provides services to facilitate instant cash against credit card swipes. We charge a service fee (percentage of the transaction amount) for facilitating this transfer.

2. Customer Obligations

• The customer must provide their own valid Credit Card, Aadhar Card, and PAN Card.
• The Bank Account for the transfer must belong to the Credit Card holder. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited to prevent fraud.
• The customer confirms that the credit card is not stolen and they have the legal right to use it.

3. Service Charges

Our service charges start from 1.9% and may vary depending on the card type (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diner's) and the transaction amount. The exact charge will be communicated to you before the transaction is processed.

4. Limitation of Liability

SLV Enterprises shall not be liable for any delays in bank transfers caused by banking server downtime or technical issues beyond our control. However, we will provide full assistance to track and resolve such issues.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
