Refund Policy
At SLV Enterprises, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with our transparency and service speed. However, due to the nature of financial transactions, we have a strict Refund Policy.
1. Transaction Failures
If a transaction is swiped from your credit card but fails to process or is declined by our system, and the amount is deducted, the amount is usually automatically reversed by the bank within 3-5 working days. In such cases, SLV Enterprises will provide transaction slips and support to help you raise a dispute with your bank if needed.
2. Service Fee
The service fee charged by SLV Enterprises for converting credit card limits to cash implies that the service is rendered once the swipe is successful and the money is transferred to your bank account. Therefore, the service fee is non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
3. Cancellations
Once a card is swiped and the transaction is authorized, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by us. Please ensure you are certain about the amount and charges before authorizing the swipe.
4. Disputes
In case of any discrepancy in the amount transferred vs. the amount agreed upon, please contact us immediately at 9741207790 . We will reconcile our records and rectify any errors on our part immediately.
